Pocket: Ready or not, here we go! Denim: Yah-hoo! Gray: Halt! That's our spaceship! Rusty: And you were worried about the mice's treachery. Gray: You're right. Even the finest species can produce a few rats! Denim: Hey, lay off with the name-calling! Pocket: Yeah, watch your mouths, you two! Don't make me come down there!
Rusty: So what do you think of our new spaceship? Gray: Look at them! I told you those mice were treacherous! They beguile you into thinking they're giving you your own spaceship, and look, they've taken it over! Rusty: Actually, I think they just came over to wish us a fond farewell. Gray: Oh. I guess I won't exterminate them then. Rusty: Yes, that might appear just a tad ungrateful.
Gray: I'm glad these aren't speeding tickets. Rusty: They're not tickets. They're certificates we can exchange for prizes. Gray: Do you think we could buy our own spaceship? Rusty: It's possible. Why? Gray: Because Master looks like he wants to leave, and I want to play some more. Rusty: When your time is up, it's time to leave. But we can see about getting a spaceship. Gray: Yes please!
Gray: Alert! Alert! We're about to be swept away! Rusty: I told you if we practiced, we'd improve our game. Gray: You didn't tell me we'd get smothered in tickets. Rusty: Sometimes you have to take the good with the bad.
Gray: Why is our score so low? Rusty: We've got to improve our aim, and land the ball in the upper circles. Gray: Mark my words. We'll exhaust ourselves playing, and then the mice will strike! Rusty: No, strikes are in Bowling. This is Skee Ball. It's a completely different game.
Rusty: Look what Chuck E brought us. Gold coins! Gray: That's strange. Mice usually tempt you with thirty pieces of silver. Rusty: Well, we've all got to change with the times.
Gray: Exterminate! Exterminate!! Exterminate Please!!! Rusty: Why did we just leap on top of the drink cups? Gray: Don't you know? Rusty: No, I just followed your example. Gray: The danger is right below you! Rusty: Where? Gray: The mice! They're right below us!! Someone, exterminate them please! Rusty: You want me to do it? Gray: No, don't risk it! Let the Humans do it! The mice might bite you! Rusty: But that's Chuck E Cheese. He'd never bite you. Gray: Don't you believe it! You can never trust a mouse!! They're always dangerous!!!
Doctor: So how did you enjoy these short stories featuring Hercule Poirot, Parker Pyne, and Mr Satherthwaite? Gray: Don't forget the mysterious Mr. Harley Quin. Doctor: Stop prevaricating. Gray: No I'm not! I'm being exact. Daleks should always strive to be exact! As to the collection, I found it interesting how Agatha Christie originally wrote some of the stories for one detective, before later rewriting the story using another of her famous detectives. Doctor: You mean, like if someone rewrote a classic Doctor Who story like "The Dalek Invasion of Earth", only featuring the Eleventh Doctor instead of the first? Gray: I suppose so. Doctor: I'd be okay with that.
Blue: I can't wait for Master to wake up. Red: I can't wait for him to see his bag. Pocket: Whatever's inside, he's got to love it! Rusty: With Star Wars and Daleks, whatever it is must be spectacularly violent. Gray: I knew there was a reason we stationed him in the back.
Rusty: I guess the moral of the story is to avoid people dressed in brown? Gray: When people wear earth tones to put you at your ease, you know they're up to no good. Rusty So, on the other hand-- Gray: Grasping appendage. Rusty: Grasping appendage, right. So when people wear rusty red or gray-- Gray: You know you can trust them implicitly.
Rex: So what did you think of the Extended Edition of "The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey." Gray: I thought the movie adaptation flowed better with the additional scenes. Rex: As a Strategy Dalek, I found the commentary interesting. The filmmakers constantly spoke about how much they enjoyed each single aspect of J.R.R. Tolkien's novel. Then they explained why they felt compelled to change nearly every single aspect of J.R.R. Tolkien's novel. Gray: Yes, it's truly magical how many people love J.R.R. Tolkien's novel. But then, the process of making movies is an entirely different form of magic.
Christmas: Here's a little taste of England for you, just to let you know you're appreciated. Gray: But Master & Mistress discovered Rocky bars on their 2013 trip, when I had to stay home and allow Rex, Artist, and K-9 accompany them. Christmas: I know. Sometimes loving others necessitates sacrifice.
Gray: I don't know how in the world I'm going to eat this, now that you've gotten me all choked up.
Gray: Why do we need to take a break? Rex: We must rebuild our concentration and energy reserves to perform at maximum effectiveness. Gray: Very well. If your strategy helps me break the bank on Skee Ball, I'll won't complain.
Gray: Look what I got us, for all the tickets I won playing Skee Ball! Rex: Oh my...um...I don't suppose you folks are outdoors-dinosaurs? Gray: Don't be silly! They can share Master & Mistress' house with us! Rex: Ah... How...wonderful.
Gray: Great games, tantalizing foodstuffs, and dinosaurs: this Dalek loves Chuck E Cheese! Rex: Agreed. This unit loves Chuck E Cheese too! Related Dragon Cache entry The Daleks of Chuck E Cheese
